A lot of guys down here use this light. I'm not sure what the benefits are of the "hard hat" part of the light.

But this light appears to be the same light, minus the weight.

I've worn this light for 2 hours straight before and it doesn't feel much different than having a hat on your head.

I would be worried bout busting the bulb in my bow with nothing really protecting it

maverick - check these lights out, you can get them on a ball cap as well. Mine will outshine a 3.5 million Brinkman spot light and last all night.

Not sure if you planning on using it for frogging, but i recommend staying away from LED lights if you are. I find they spook more if shining them with LEDs.

195 or 355!!! Smoke another rock Id stick with a hard hat light. They never did me wrong especially when you catchin tree branches to the head on small bayous

Go Devil makes a good one. I used one for 4 years. Prolly the only piece of equipment I never tore up. ProDrive makes a good one too.
