|
 PD LOWER UNITS I seen some talk about the new lower units vs. the older style. I have a 2004 PD 25, I am going to assume it has the older style lower unit. Can someone tell me the differences in the old vs. new units.

Re: PD LOWER UNITS Also the bearing locations were improved, they moved them to each side of the spider gear rather than both bearings on one side, alot stronger design.

Re: PD LOWER UNITS Thanks very much fella's, for the input. My old unit is still thumping along so far with out a glitch. I hope to be able to try out a newer version in future, if I can ever wear out or break this one.
