 Go devil recall!!!!!
"our records indicate you are the owner of a go-devil model 16x56 boat. In a recent coast guard testing of a different model (which means the same shit), it was determined that there was insufficient flotation material in the stern of the boat so that the bow would remain afloat, but the stern would sink, If the boat takes on water. We devised a repair kit to remedy this problem and are in the process of offering to have these kits installed at no cost to the owners of the affected boat model. I'm writing to alert you to the possibility that there MIGHT be INSUFFICIENT flotation in the stern and to offer you a similar repair kit, installed at mo cost to you" Hahahahahah well........ Warren Coco is sincere and available to discuss this matter with you and please do not hesitate to to call him at 225-752-0167 ORRRRR toll free!!! At 888-490-3254 he is committed to providing his customers with the best quality products at a "competitive price"

They admit a mistake and will make it right. I don't see the issue. Warren talked to me on the phone about it and was nice as can be. Problem solved.

X2
They contacted me about a year ago - got the kit and they went the extra mile and installed under floor foam too at my request at no charge. I was in and out in a few hours.
They are moving thru all the models even those which weren't specificaly named by USCG.

 Go devil recall!!!!!
Just got back from a buddies house and he has an older Southfork w/35 GTR. He's got a few cracks in the crimp on the bottom of the hull. How's the flotation in these hulls? Are they prone to waterlogging too? I'm sure they are. He never believes what anybody has to say so I just wanted a second opinion. Thanks.

 Go devil recall!!!!!
My thing about it is why even have it if it isn't enough to actually keep the motor out of the water? I can see having it for the guys who run deep water but I rarely run anything deeper that 4-5 feet...... Just seems like more trouble than it's worth once it's been submerged.
