I am looking for who makes the best smoked link sausage. I have been to the country meat market on 31 and one place on hwy 69 in Lindale, tx and didn't really like either one. Neither place had real smoked link sausage to me. I like my smoked link sausage to be course ground, a good amount of smoke flavor, and smoked long enough to where the casing in starting to shrivel on the outside. Does anybody know of a processor that makes their link smoke sausage remotely this way? |

There is a butcher shop in plano that has good sausage and will make it with the meat you bring. Think you have to bring it skinned and quartered though. And that's a long ass way for you. |

Where is Buddy's Brooks? Can't find it when i try and look it up. Is it north of the loop or south of the loop? Do you remember what its next to? |
