I know it's like putti'n a 327 in a Ford, but i'm about to put my MB HD Sport on a 16x56 Go-Devil Boat (round chine). I got good deals on them both used. Not sure but I may have to raise the transom or shim the motor up a little, but it looks like it'll be a pretty good combo. My poor ol' rivited flat just couldn't take the big Briggs and started falling apart. Anyone know how the original/round chine Go-Devil boats perform with the Surface Drive motors? |

theres plenty of folks runnin round chine gator trax on MB motors and round chine GD on GD s/d's. duont see why it owuldnt. |

some folks say its a wet ride cause the round chines don't have the crip just below the top rail like the SD hull. |

ive rode in marcus round hcine, and several others.. and never got wet. |
