If you want something to just troll theyre really easy to build. I built one a long time ago with an 8hp briggs. I built a base you could just stick in the seat base on the front deck. Bent a peice of conduit as a tiller handle. Used a weedeater type squeze throttle. I used two air conditioner fan guards as a guard (they bolted right up to the block. the biggest expense was the prop and hub. I wanna say about $200 |
