switch to engage the prop on my mb?

 switch to engage the prop on my mb? does anybody know where i can get a new switch to engage the prop on my mb? it kicks into gear if i push it forward like normal but it used to temporally engage if i pushed it backward now it doesn't and it feels super hard to push the switch. Its a little silver toggle switch.
