Im looking to get a wireless Golight before the start of teal season and was hoping some of you have experience with them. I had gator trax mount me a Golight plate on top of my spotlights. Golight has a model with a magnetic base, it would be nice to be able to move it around if needed. but i don't know anyone who has used one before so i don't know the pros and cons to having that. I will most likely buy the bolt down one. which models would you guys recommend, there are a lot to choose from. Stryker Models Stryker HID Models Gobee Model 2121 Golight/RadioRay LED any input would be helpful. thanks |

I had two Go Lights and both stripped the plastic gears that makes the light move. Very cheaply made inside. |

I have the gatortrax setup and been running it for 3 years and never broke a light. If you try to take it through trees like some dumbasses with it still mounted your gonna break it. The magnetic base isn't gonna stick on that mount but the magnetic base does have 4 holes to mount it down and it has a catch to keep it in the base. All you have to do is push a little black button and you can pull the light right out of the base . If you haven't bought one already I may have an extra around the house I'd have to look. |
