Just a guess here, but 23-24 empty. 18-20 with a couple buddies

I doubt it will get on step with a few peeps and a little bit of gear.

Back in the day, doubt anyone here remembers, but the biggest PD made was a 27hp biggest boat I heard of was a 2048 I ran one on a 1848 Gatortrax for 2 years, worked fine, 3 people and hunting gear okay, just keep your loads resonable, I would guess 22-24 avg. empty. The 36 was for sure a step-up though.
