 mudbuddy clutch switch
Broke the switch 4 the clutch on my hd. I want 2 replace it w something cheaper n easyer 2 find. How is it wired. N how does the starter cut out work.

its a double pole, double throw switch, with momentary on one side. theyre actually kind of hard to find, even through grainger. I recommend just keep buying the MB ones, Ive been through about four, just keep the football out of the weather when youre not using the boat.

Also trim the motor back down if stored outside. If you leave it trimmed up, rain, dew, etc will run down the handle & get in the football, eventually ruining the switches.

I spliced the two yellow wires together n that bypassed the starter cutout. Now i can just run a simple on off toggle I can get at any auto parts store.
