Broke the switch 4 the clutch on my hd. I want 2 replace it w something cheaper n easyer 2 find. How is it wired. N how does the starter cut out work. |

its a double pole, double throw switch, with momentary on one side. theyre actually kind of hard to find, even through grainger. I recommend just keep buying the MB ones, Ive been through about four, just keep the football out of the weather when youre not using the boat. |

Also trim the motor back down if stored outside. If you leave it trimmed up, rain, dew, etc will run down the handle & get in the football, eventually ruining the switches. |

I spliced the two yellow wires together n that bypassed the starter cutout. Now i can just run a simple on off toggle I can get at any auto parts store. |
