I bought those little cheap or not so cheap Clamp ON LED battery Nav Lights from Walmart. I rarely use my boat at night and most time when I do it is on private water. This week end we went Camping on a Public Lake and I sold some Mud motors when I went up a local river. I decided to let my Son Bow Fish at night so I clamped those new lights on. First time I actually used them and I had them now for several months. It seemed rather odd to have those little Battery Lights to be legal when I had three big Flood Lights running. Neither light made it back to shore. Broke both the damn things. Wasted almost $40. Take my advice those little lights are made for toys in a bath tub. |

my next boat will have shark eyes. I have broken like 3 of those regular top of the bow lights from getting tangled in vines. And a word of wisdom, cut the back pole light in half and put a hose on it so it can flex if you have to use it in the woods. |
