I have a 13 hp longtail motor and the cavatation plate fell off. It is in the mud somewhere and can't be retrieved. I have a buddy that will help me make a new one. So my question is what shape and size is the most effective? Flat flat.jpg Flat with sides sides.jpg or Curved Curved.jpg |

Well I finnally got the plate finished this weekend. I went with a flate plate with the option to bend the sides in the future if need. new plate.JPG I ran it in the mud on sunday and it worked well. I do appreatiate the lack of suggestions.... I guess my project did not warrent a comment from the over 160 views it got. Hope my next question or post draws more attention. |
