i remember somebody on here a few weeks ago or so bad mouthin yeti coolers and their customer service. well i had a slight issue with my 45 qt. The back side of my cooler had a big lump in it. they (yeti) said it wasnt a big deal they will take care of it, they are gonna replace my 2 year old cooler with a brand new one. free of charge. figured id share this just incase anybody was lookin into buyin one.

yea i had to take it to the fedex place and ship it out to them. they said it will take 5-7 business days to get my new one

I'd give em a call man. They said the outer shell is just coming apart from the insulation. They should replace it for free.
