 Good Eats In Lafayette? Me and the wife will be headed to Lafayette this afternoon and stayiong the night there since I'll be picking up the new boat in the morning. I wanted to ask where is a good place to eat. Not looking for the chain type places just good local food and drinks.

Re: Good Eats In Lafayette? Try Fezzo's Seafood And Steak House in Scott, LA their food is awesome its right off the interstate a few miles befors you get to Lafayette.

Zea's (consistently good)
Deano's Pizza (marie laveaux)
Twins (best burger anywhere)
Best Stop in Scott (boudin and cracklins)
Dwights (boiled crawfish and seafood)
La Pizzaria (on ambassador caffery, tied with Deano's for best pizza)
Charlie G's (high end)
Ruth Chris Steak House (high end)

Re: Good Eats In Lafayette? T coons talent went down last time I was in there so i hope he has restocked by now. I hit Deanos pizza when I'm in town. Old time grocery has the best New Orleans style po boys in town. I freaking love the crawfish from craw daddy's drive through crawfish in breaux bridge. Crawfish town in Cecilia is a fun place. Walkons has better and many more chicks serving then t coons.
