Trim relay. They're under the cover by the transom clamp. Any mercury dealer had them

Put some dielectric gel under those caps to help keep some of the water out of them

You can reverse the polarity on the switch. One of the things the Gator Trax crew educated me on when I got my MB in case this happened in the field.

I've been through just about every type of relay and high amperage switch out there between GT and PD. This reversing solenoid replaces the relays and also takes the high load off the switches. O-ring seal and 250 amps! I've been installing them for almost a year now with no issues or problems what so ever. And the nice thing about it is that you can add as many remote switches that you want, be it the tiller, your seat , where ever. The only down fall is the switch that comes with it is not H2o proof so you have to use the one on your motor or buy a H2o proof one. Thanks for listening.
