 Mud buddy rust
I recently bought a 27 kohler mud buddy. It has about 25 hours on it. I did buy it used. Today I took the upper rear cover off, the one over the clutch. The housing was full or rust dust. The belt and everything was just covered in dust. Is this normal? Is the lower just not sealed we'll enough and water is coming in and rusting the pulley? First mud motor I have owned, so help me out.

 Re: Mud buddy rust
Same here. Condensation will form inside the clutch housing and cause some surface rust. I sprayed mine down with Corrosion X and it's fine now.
