 Exhaust cover I was tired of looking at the rusty exhaust on my kohler. So I made a cover for it. It doesn't cover the sides or the outlet of course, but I think it looks pretty good. Just some aluminum diamond plate I had laying around. Made all the bends and cuts by hand. Just a hacksaw, a few clamps, and a bench vise. Whatcha think?

Re: Exhaust cover If it's rusting out Id recommend changing it asap. Don't want anything falling down into the head. Looks great tho.

Re: Exhaust cover I wouldn't say it is rusting out, just surface rust, motor is a 2011 with only 25 hours on it, and was always garage kept.

Re: Exhaust cover I just painted my exhaust with a high heat header paint. It remains to be seen how well it will hold up but looks good for now.

Re: Exhaust cover . I sprayed corrosion X on a rag and wiped down my exhaust. It took a bunch of rust off and protects to. Do this every couple of times out seams to be doing the trick
