I am not trying to piss a bunch of people off but honestly the whole mudrun event was a joke. I had heard about it in years past and was interested, so I went out. This thing wasnt organized at all. I put in at Port Neches Park and all I saw was random boats driving around. Most people had no idea where the hell this thing was supposed to take place. Alot of people wemt out there drove around, saw no one and put their boat on the trailer and went home. Other thing is I have heard everyone got stuck. I was excited to see all the different boats and drink some beer and maybe talk a little hunting but, instead I drove around Bessie Heights(still drinking beer) and went home. Waste of time and gas!! At least I didnt drive in from out of town!! |

What time did you get there? If you got there at 10 there was a steady line of boats goin to the spot. Hell all you had to do was take a left lol did you drive around the ship channel expecting to see boats? |

I had no problems finding my way, never got lost. made several trips 2 make sure people could find there way even checked on a stranded boat or 2. If ya couldnt find the action u were not lookin very hard. |

I had my longtail there , saw 2 others over by moon pond , after lunch , I could go just about anywhere , and had a blast , had a real good time in the back , but I was probably the smallest lightest boat there today. First mud run , definitely not my last |

I had a fun time!!!! if you didnt have a good time its prolly because you got stuck too far away from everyone else I got stuck once and didnt do it again.....toward the end of the day we met up with billcollector and watched all the boats leaving the moon pond. It was really cool to see all those sd's running out. And that apple pie moon shine on the water was tasty and then at the party i had some peach flavored shine that was great too!!!! And i agree, we should have a second run for those that couldnt make this one....maybe a little more of a meet and ride but the party was fun.....I won the uncle j push pole....thanks uncle j!!! lol i will use it for fishing since none of the godevil or mud buddy owners wanted to buy a reverse..... oh, i almost forgot, "dat sauce" is some good ass hot sauce!!!!!
