 2000 gph bilge pump
If your boat has this profile with a big engine, and you run deep water to get to shallow water. Then you should know why its needed

 Re: 2000 gph bilge pump
Thought of that but I wanted something with a big impeller to help cut/pass grass and mud.

 Re: 2000 gph bilge pump
Take some fine mesh and wrap it around the pump to keep the mud, grass, etc out of it. Works good

 Re: 2000 gph bilge pump
I never had a problem. They sit a Lil higher and kind of have a screen to where it's actually pulling water instead of trash.

 Re: 2000 gph bilge pump
Yes it has 12" extension. With the hunt deck I was sitting on the false transom to drive. That with a floating handle is nice. The impeller on the 2000 is giant compared to the 1100 -1200. It should be able to pass whatever gets pass the grate made into the base.

 Re: 2000 gph bilge pump
I have the led running lights and the manual bilge switch on a 15 amp fuse. And the auto switch is on a separate fuse.

You could use that as a jet drive pump.
