Got tired of looking back to trim the motor when running down the river or when I'm about to be in a bind, so I built a switch housing out of aluminum to go in my grab bar.

Yup .. Always a pain to have to use opposite hand to trim .. Very clean and nice look ... Little bit of a rattle can paint to get rid of the white and your good to go

Post subject:  Re: Grab Bar Trim Switch

no piggy backing. You have to use a winch solenoid and both switches go the solenoid.

On the grab bars, I can do one for a GTB no prob. For all others, I have to have the ID of the pipe.

I need another switch but one on the side of the motor. Tired of having to reach on the console to trim down after I put that stupid bracket back on.
