 PD question
Might be a stupid one though. Anybody have any trouble with too much stress damaging the transom because the PD hangs off the back of the boat rather than more balanced over it like a GT or MB? Seems like it kicking up and slamming down all it's weight while trailering or hitting underwater objects would put a lot of extra stress on a transom. Or is this really a non issue?

 Re: PD question
You need a strong transom and good bracing, but if you have a PD or any other surface drive boat you'll be good. When you hit something while in the water the whole boat takes the impact and it's lessened by the "give" of the water. No, bouncing around on the trailer will cause damage since there's no more give.
