 Prodrive question
I am looking to purchase my first rig. I am looking at an 08 prodrive 1648 boat and 36hp motor. I was wondering how many hours are considered a lot on these engines. Also how many hours does the clutch usually last. I would consider this rig to have fairly low hours as it has around 170 on it and appears to really have been taken care of. I will primarily use it to get through vegetation an run it in flooded timber occasionally. As I said it will be my first rig and would like to just get an idea of expected maintenance other than typical oil changes.

 Re: Prodrive question
I change my lower unit oil at the end of the season and grease the frame every now and then. That's about all there is to the maintence. 170 is not a lot of hours.

 Re: Prodrive question
I got my rig in April and I already have 75 hours on it. So 170 on an 08 isn't bad.
