Just bought a 35hp a few weeks back and right off the bat I noticed it has a lot more vibration in the handle and in the floor than my mudbuddy did I have tried 3 different props and it didn't change a thing!!
But outta the water on trailer it runs smooth even at wot

Did u try bending the tab on the foot my friend had the same issue he bent that tab with a big wrench and it helped out a lot. Might want to try that

2 blade prop is part of the issue mine vibrates like crazy with 2 blade and is very smove with the 3

My hyperdrive I had ran a 2 blade big blade prop and there wasn't any vibration issues

Rod (Autogateman) mentioned about how unbalanced the planetary is.

Call dem fellas dat made it tomorrow. dey know moe about it den all dees dudes put to getta! Especially dat DDM guy! He like der numba one fan ! but he couldn't tell ya what way the prop was spinning in forward!

Check your skeg and make sure the bolts are tight

Along with that engine mounting bolts that go through transom and any other bolt that could be loose in the main structure of the frame until they're ruled out.

I'll have to check all them bolt tomorrow
walking dead will be on in about 1/2 hour and i cant miss that

I wouldn't think it would be this but I got 300 hours on mine it had a bad vibriation to it and it kept cracking heat shields and exhaust come to find out it was that sleeve that slides over the shaft that comes out the back the motor it was waddled out and it was making the transmission runout like a 1/4 inch. Change that out and all good now

there's a screw on the tail just behind the prop - take that out, and pump grease in the zerk at the beginning of the shaft until it comes out the screw hole. Replace the screw and it should be cleared up. The factory says you will get vibration if the grease isn't full enough.
