Hey I got a question(as a surface drive newbie) what are the different stages everyone is talking about?? Stage 1, Stage 2, etc,etc.. Is it mufflers and carbs mostly? I had a Gdlt 25 for years so just curious so I can understand waht ya'll talking about..

Hey shallow water... how you get 28.5 out that boat? I have the 16x60 and can only get 26.5. does the 2 extra feet of boat help w/ speed?

i get 30 out of my 1660 with the 35 but i had to tighten up a small bolt connected to my throttle line, the vibrations loosened it up but if u do tighten it, you"ll prob have to play with your idle
