Doesn't look like a bad idea! It would be good for a pirogue.

I wonder if its weedless!? I highly doubt it.

I used to do that on my Gheenoe when I first started. Full battery and trimmed so it would skim the surface and I'd cruise over the hydrilla in beast mode....atleast for a few seconds.

It had reverse too!

Pretty cool. I got a couple old trolling motors laying around may have to build one for my pirogue, could make it duals :D

doesnt really work running on the surface. should of just have made a light long tail with the motor on top driving a small mud prop.
