I recently brought my 5 year old Gator Tail back to the factory for the first time in 4 years for a rough sounding bearing and they really got it running like new – all tight, like my last hottt chick. They fixed it very quickly – well in time for the weekend’s hunting – and for a very reasonable price. It was excellent service and I am still very impressed with this beast of a mud motor.
