GTR 25 throttle cable filled with water while towing and froze up also handle cracked ending a duck hunt. Gator Tail is aware of problem but does not plan to upgrade throttle system to keep the water out. My question is: does anyone make an aftermarket unit that addresses this problem. I can add antifreeze inside cable but perfer something that keeps the water out and has a metal control.

Clean and dry the cable real good and put grease on each end so water can't get in

Hunt somewhere that's above freezing

I have done all but the grease. I was hoping there is an complete throttle handle and cable that has sealed ends, maybe one from another brand motor that fits the gator tail.

Put antifreeze in the cable with syringe and pack do electric grease on each end
