Looks like you've still got the old lower unit from the pic. Im running the 3 blade on an older style lower unit with 32" shaft and dont have any complaints so far, but haven't run a two blade yet to compare too.

Yea that one is the older lower unit with a 3 blade on it. Have you noticed any difference in your top end or hole shot with the 3 blade?

Ive got no complaints on hole shot and top end speed I run 30 deep water with just me a cooler, fishing gear and full tank of gas. This is with a stock motor on a 18x48 extreme. Next time I order a prop ill proly get the two blade to get a good comparison of the two.

Re: New GTR 35 with 3 Blade Prop.
3 blade has a little slower hole shot and midrange response. Better reverse. Little better on top end but not when heavily loaded. It is also capable of idling in shallower hard bottom areas due to the smaller diameter. 2 blade gets the nod on acceleration and off-road capabilities. I wouldn't call it a game changer or anything by any means, it's just something different. I probably won't buy another one, just save this one to work on as a speed prop.

^same with me...my 3 blade is good light, holds its own with a load but not impressive....no vibration, good reverse...i feel like mine has twice the tiller torque but you just got to man up on it...im having my 2 blade reworked and balanced...
