Loaded down my boat today. heaviest load so far on this rig.

motor ran great, had no problem getting on step. at WOT i was able to hit 27mph but crused at 24/25.

one the way home this is what i was able to hit 33. my rig is getting faster as my hammer wears. fastest speed I've got so far

I had four people not including myself this past weekend running 26-27. It shocked the shit outtakes me that I was holding that with that load, took quite a while to plane out though.

I've got the stage one. I think that the head work is the trick for these cheap Briggs engines. Getting a good seal on the valves helps allot. But that motor you got had a little more ass than a stage 1.

That's some good speeds with that load. One nice thing about the boat is how good they take a load. Have you ever tried a 4 wheeler on the deck? I was thinking it would be able to do it. If so it would be great for the moose hunt. Drive on and drive off. :D

Those are some BA speeds with the load you had on there! I guess I should have went further into my motor when I had it apart? Everyone I talked to told me to build it up to a 5500 but I didn't. I can always do it later but should have when I installed the cam I was already in there anyway :|

So when did it run that speed somewhere along the day when u were in a long sweeping turn bc I can't see that barge running that in a straight away in deep water and holding it especially loaded down ;)

We're working on a 28' pontoon boat right now putting a big gate on the front to load rangers and what not on. That thing is going to be a hauling machine when we get it done.

They are fast, but once the cup is lost, your motor will be over 4600 buried...
