I've got a chunk of cash Layin around to do mods. BUT I was thinking...if I sell my motor I could prolly just upgrade to a new gtr. What's everyone's thoughts/opinions? Is this a no brainer? Got an older mudbuddy right now that's been good to me, but i know I'd love reverse. |

New motor. You can do all the mods you want to that mudbuddy and still won't have reverse. And you don't realize how useful it is until you have it. |

I run stock motors and they don't bother me at all. I love reverse also. Sent from my beeper |

Save a little more money and run it through hunting season and then buy an EFI model. |

Buy a $50 push pole and go forward with the mods. Reverse is over-rated. |

I made it fine for years without reverse. But man, I spend a lot less time jocking that heavy ass boat around when I run into a dead end ditch now! ![]() |

The switch it is. Can't say I've ever had it fail me before, but when there's one out there with reverse, it's Gona be hard to beat. |
