I have owned a lot of motors in my time but the best service I have ever had was with gatortail. I called them with my problem, they called me right back with the answer, and promptly fixed my motor. no questions asked. other dealers of motorized machines should take note from this company.

I don't think I have ever been around this many smart asses and genius in my life. some of us come on here for help and mostly get shit from some ass holes

I have had to call them a couple times and their customer service has been excellent. Everyone loves to complain when a company has lousy service so nothing wrong with passing out a good word when they do it right
