Post 37 EFI vanguard??
I heard that gatortail is introducing a 37 efi motor at the beginning of next year did anybody else here this??

Just wait a few months. If Giga complains enough about it being overpowered on the WMAs, Gatortail will be able to get an exempt, like they got for the flotation on their boats.

I'll get it painted up and mounted this coming week, and I'm taking some vacation the next week to get it in the marsh. I'm not expecting big things as far as speed, but I'm hopeful the bottom end power will be there. They've got some new props in testing, so I think that'll be the real game changer for these Gen III gears whenever they find the sweet spot for the wheel.

35 GDSD for sale, by the way... ;)

Just a thought,
Wouldn't it be cheaper just to buy the new vanguard engine with EFI, bolt it on your unit and then sell your current engine over buying the PD bolt on EFI?

Got her mounted and painted! I was able to build a bracket to hold the pump and solenoid that fit under the huntdeck, so it came out looking pretty clean. She'll be going in the water for the first time on Saturday; will report back!
