Guys, i am looking for short strip lights, light no longer than 12 inches but no shorter than 6 inches i have small places to put them in and cannot use a large strand. Does anyone know where to get them, or if they even make em thanks in advance |

You can get led rope lights in many colors in 5M lengthsfor 10$ on ebay. They can be cut down to the size you need. Adhesive backed |

I use the 24" strips they havd at acadamey. Little more expensive then the stuff off ebay but they last along time. I think their like $10 apiece. Their already "water resistant" but i sprayed a couple coats of clear coat spray paint over the top of them once they were installed. I put them inside the side crimp on the hull, good place to hide them and keep them outa the way. For seeing what you are doing, white lights are the best. No problem with the white lights, green or red is easier on your eyes and doesn't really affect your night vision |

Green is better dealing while driving (kinda gay anyways) but white makesit easier to see things when your looking for stuff in the floor of the boat. |

Lol their okay to have for an interior light, just dont drive around with them on like a homo ![]() And definitely don't get the lights that go through the color cycle! Rainbow colors seem to be the thing right now... |

don't get the ebay rope led rope. i did them my 1st time around and they didn't last a full season. i have since upgraded to something way better. |
