I looked for it on here but couldn't find it on here. My neighbor came over to my house today because he told me he bought a mud buddy and and wanted to show me. It was a 2013 45mag HD motor. The thing only had 20 hours on it and still had the factory oil filter. Prop was still in brand new condition and hell there wasnt even paint wore off the skeg yet..The thing looked brand new and it was 2 year old motor. I proceeded to ask him, out of curiosity, how much he paid for it since it was a perfect condition motor. I was expecting $5-6k as an answer, instead he answered $1900. Just the only thing i can think of is wow. I wish i coulda found a motor for $1900 i woulda made some money on that steal! |

Haha on a serious note though, he said the guy was from California and his dad lives over here and he had the motor and got real sick and passed away so the son came over here to get his dads stuff and couldn't take the motor with him to sell it because nobody over there would know what it was. Said the guy was headed back to cali today so he called and offered $1900 and the guy took it because he needed to go lol |

Call the guy back to ask him some general questions. If he answers more than likely it's not stolen. It may be stolen if he avoids you like the black plague. Not everyone is a crook these days but it is getting more common and you can't hardly trust anyone anymore. |

I dont think he knew what it was or the value of it. He was from California and said it was his dads. I ran it with him today and its a strong running motor, the actuator on the trim was wasn't working so the prop was burried and it was still running 20+ mph. And they stuck it on a 1754 tracker to lol |
