Post subject:  Crawfish river private land??? WI
Anybody know anything about the private land signs around the marsh off the river north from the launches??? i was up there yesterday and saw them and was wondering if anyone new whats all about it. Theres nothing that can keep anyone from hunting or accessing it as long as its by water and when it comes to the water everyone owns it and the public comes before the land owner. its in the state constitution that its public. im just afraid the land owner sabotaged the access points trying to keep people out of what they think is theres.

WI has some weird grey areas in the laws that don't come up until you look into specific areas.

water is usually too low to access it by boat. watch out for rocks.
