I've been a little hesitant to buy a mud motor because some the wildlife management areas I hunt have 25 hp motor restriction and I have some concerns about how happy I would be with a mud motor that size or smaller. I am curious about what kind of encounters or trouble anyone else has had with a larger mud motor in these restricted areas, particularly in Arkansas. I suspect that there might be some don't ask, don't tell "policies" in place with the local game wardents (particularly with a 25 or less sticker), but I hate to drop the dimes on a 36 horse to find myself up **** creek, even if the MM doesn't run as fast as my 25 outboard. |

u might as well slap a 25 sticker on a 90 if ur gonna try to make a big block briggs pass for a 25. however, you can easily get away with calling a 27 Kohler a 25, because they're the same damn thing pretty much. |
