Well fellas game warden informed me the other day at bailys that he will be writing tickets to every person at the mud run this year and also wants to ban them idk what else to say but be careful

Well just be on yalls best behavior and make sure to have all your life jackets, throw flotation, a flag, and your registration handy and everything will go smoothly and the ride will continue.

That's a ballsy thing for a LEO to say. If there is nothing illegal happening and no property or wildlife being disturbed he has nothing to say. Personally I'll have all my T's crossed and I's dotted. Don't plan on drinking on the water either since I may be bringing my daughter. There won't be anything they can really do about it....

That map looks like bullshit to me because A-399 A-401 A-511 A-502 A-79 are all part of a WMA...and also there's the age old issue of "navigable water"...I know that the lease land has navigable water problems all the time...I can name a couple bad seeds that will write tickets no matter what though

The WMA could only be leased land....not owned by TX. I didn't click on the owner details. But, that's what's on file as the land owners with the Orange County Tax Assessor.

I know and have talked to the head dog at GSU my aunt is his personal secretary. He said as long as we stay in the water/mud and not trespass on the land we will not be in trouble. the warden can only write a ticket and prosecute if the land owner wants to proceed. just stay in the muddy water and we will be ok.

IF the water gets blown out this year, and lots of mud. I doubt we will have any problems.

Last year everyone got bored riding in high water, and tore up the grass, I wouldn't doubt if this is what it is stemming from.

We need to make a VERY conscious effort to stay out of the grass and keep it in the water / mud only.

As well pickup after ourselves, not be intoxicated, have all the safety gear, etc.

Fuck em. They can't catch us all.

^ may as well travel by boat too --- there is one water station in BC that I know of, off cow bayou .. Then could just have someone bring an extra 5 gal for you .. Then after party you can pretty much get to the back side of the LaQuinta by boat
