I think to fully utilize reverse a back weighted motor and trim would be ideal. But who knows what gd will turn out. I'm anxious to see.. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk |

Surprised by the hunt deck, agree that a 6 inch deck is just weird. I'd rather just have the extra space in the boat. Wonder if they'll have different boats now, where they push decks for the reverse models and the boats are say 18.5 (even though they're already half foot longer than listed if you look at spec sheet) That hunt deck looks shallow too, maybe eyes playing a trick on me. Also, anyone else notice the little guard over the pressure lubricator? That isn't on current models, at least not the '15 I have. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Well would ya look at that.... The "hunt deck" is probably more of a splash well if I had to guess. In the video posted elsewhere here if you get rowdy with that reverse it throws a little trash at the boat. I'd imagine that's the sole purpose of that addition, if I had to guess. In which case, it wouldn't need to be real big. Did whoever took that pic notice if it still had the cut back transom? I would assume that would be retained for reverse purposes as well. It's sorta difficult to tell from the pics. |
