 Progressive InsuranceAnyone else get charged a “enhanced performance” charge when they got boat insurance?
I just got a notice adding $150 to my bill because I have a surface drive. |

Re: Progressive Insurance How does an insurance company assume you have a modded motor? Sounds like your broker fed you a line of crap. I sell insurance for a living in IL. No way would my company EVER make a judgement call like that, especially on a stated value policy.

Re: Progressive Insurance Companies will also over value you truck, car boat etc.. and charge a higher premium but if there is a loss argue it’s not worth the policy limits. (RCV) Replacement cost value or (ACV) Actual cash Value makes a big difference also. RCV is whatever it takes to replace what you have (after “you” prove it and some arguing) ACV mean whatever they feel like paying and phuck you.

Re: Progressive Insurance I did have Ranger , boat and camper with them. I saved a bunch moving everything to Farm Bureau where my house and cars are.
