Heads Up-Pot. Problem with Briggs Heads!
Was helping Mudd set the Valve lash on his newly built motor when we found the bolts that hold the rockers are pulling out and stripping the the threads on the head. There is not alot of bolt/thread holding the rockers to the head. There is room for longer bolts so he tapped the hole deeper and we installed longer grade-8 bolts and all is well. If that bolt lets loose, and the rocker comes off, its gonna make some racket and do some damage, so be aware and tap that hole and use longer bolts when changing out rockers......
