 Tiny Tach setup?

Post Tiny Tach setup?
I will be installing a Tiny Tach tomorrow on my 16hp vanguard.

Im not clear on what the spark per revolution setting should be?

Being a twin engine does this mean there are 2 sparks per revolution?

The engine is used so im sure if the rpms will be correct?
