Have you checked with the forum sponsors? Heard nothin but good things about chops @ SETX Performance. If no luck with our forum sponsors then you might try Ryan Kerr at Ryker Racing. I dont have personal performance reviews of his work but in all I have found on the net he seems to be sought after in the lawn mower racing world and nothing less than highly spoken of. He specializes in the small blocks. It would appear that the guy knows his stuff. I found him on Google and sent him an email. He repsonded by 9 the next morning and we had spoken before the evening was over. Pretty resonable pricing too. Worst part of the deal with him would be shipping to Canada and back. He had a 31CI vanguard block motor(16hp like you mention) making 75 hp. But that's a methanol motor and probably only a several hour motor before a rebuild. He's promised some impressive things outta an 18 Im lookin at hoppin up. Good Luck. Post up your results...
