LOL

How do you test your exhaust mods to know your getting optimal rebound? An old make or break engine expert once told to find the optimal lengthy for a straight pipe exhaust one uses a sleeve pipe over the exhaust and moves it back and forth to find the sweet spot.

Re: Stock stainless steel exhaust MOD well im not sayin what im doing is the best are the bomb or anything but its way better than STOCK and it not stupid loud!!! When i went try it i was gettin 120 more rpm but i had my daughter with me that weighs 70 lbs and in my 30 inch wide boat that makes a huge diffrence so i guess with out her it would have got about 200 more rpm!!

Re: Stock stainless steel exhaust MOD What I'm talkin about is there is an optimal dynamic flow for an exhaust. How do you find that optimal flow. Blow back pressure I think it is called. Pressure waves are created in the exhaust when valves open and close so you want them to resonate optimally so they don't rebound back into combustion yet have enough flow to imMprove efficiency of flow.
