 Billet Mikuni support bracket-PICS ADDED
alright guys, i spent the weekend drawing CAD files and have come up with the solution for the mikunis coming loose. the support will be machined billet and will securely hold your carb on tight. i have the materials ordered, and they should be ready to ship out next week. They will be $36 shipped complete with hardware and instructions. I got Tony workin on a logo for my sponsorship, and they may be available throught the MMT store. Ill keep everyone updated as soon as theyre ready.
Thanks, Rod

Re: Billet Mikuni support bracket-no more carbs coming loose
thanks jordy. its gonna be super simple to install- the two slots around the large hole are where your bolts got thru into your intake, the four holes on the corners will have spacers under them and will have longer screws that hold the two halves of the carb body together. it will come with the longer screws for carb body and for the intake, and the spacers also

Re: Billet Mikuni support bracket-no more carbs coming loose
I am working on a similiar design that is incorporated into the intake. It will also have a handle for lifting the motor into lock position that acts as a carb guard as well. Nice product however. My mikuni came off 3 different times. Once on a test drive by a potential buyer.

Its a bad feeling looking back at your motor and not seeing your carb there.
