 mud buddy 4000
anyone know any bad things about a mud buddy 4000 that has rod shop exhaust and a mikuni flat slide carb?

Used or new? What type of MB (frame type- Hypersport, mini, etc...)
Its a stock motor with the stock carb replaced with a Mikuni HSR42. That gives good bolt on power over a stock motor and should work well. Not sure what exhaust you are talking about though.
You can get alot of MB specific info on the MB forum too.

I just sold mine. I was very pleased with it overall, but due to lack of maintainence by previous owner, I spent alot of hours making repairs on one thing after another. If it was properly maintained, you'll be happy with it. If it wasn't, you'll learn how to wrench on it & rewire it.

 I thought about it after I posted it, "hope he don't think it's a pile of chit now" Nah, we've damn near rebuilt it now, not much left that we haven't touched.
