 will tall transom motor work for short transom boat??? asap just askin if mud buddy tall transom motor will work ok for 17'' transom

Re: will tall transom motor work for short transom boat??? a The problem is your belt housing is now going to sit down in the water more. Thats why they are saying avoid the stumps. Your going to be goin wide open hit a stump and instead of it just kicking up your skeg its going to smoke your belt housing.
