 bps rods
has anyone have any feedback on bps rods do they hold up and to what rpm?

I, along with everyone running a Mag 45 or larger is running them. I've only got ~60+ hrs on this one so far, but no problems yet.

didnt have any problems out of the ones i had on the 7000, 70 hrs at almost always between 4800-5000 rpms. im also putting em in my new motor

i want to build a motor that is going to turn up but dont want it to blow up within 50 hours. anyone have a few hundred hours on bps rods?

Put a rev box with a toggle switch, when your in the mudd flip the switch so youdon't over rev, other than that flip it off and run all you want across open water....this is my intentions

i havent seen any motor with busted bps rods anywhere unless i missed a thread somewhere.

Yeah going to be stock length, Gonna build it pretty radical but ima put a toggle swtich for the rev box for when i get in the good stuff and flip it off to fly across open water

No conspiracy theory just an honest observation. Everything bearks just some more than others.
You ever seen a post of any of Hoyts mishaps, what about BPS over on MB forum, ever hear about any EVT problems on any board (mine not included)
It’s just the way it is my friend. You saying there have been no problems should tell you that they have kept it quite.
