 PD36 motor issue
I just went out and started my motor as I usually do once a week. I start smelling a burning smell and get black smoke out the exhaust. At idle no smoke, but smell and if I roll the throttle I get the black smoke. Motor starts fine, rpms are fine, idle is normal. This smoke and smell burns my eyes. It doesn't smell like fuel, but like something burning. Any ideas...?

The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. Go here and click on the "donate a mammogram". This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for advertising.

 Re: PD36 motor issue
I believe I solved it. I think I pumped the fuel bulb too much. I am usually careful to be conservative when doing this as I know these motors like to run rich. I restarted it and ran it on the top end of the RPM's (4350-4370) for a few minutes and then went back down to about 3000 and then back up a few more times and it burned it off.
