 Loose key My key is really loose in the ignition except when its on. Is there any way to fix it so the key won't fall out when the engine is off?

Loose key Go to auto zone and buy a new switch for about fifteen bucks. Problem solved.

Re: Loose key Ill probably just live with it a while instead of having to put a new ignition in and run wire.

Re: Loose key Tie a length of twine to the key and to the lift eye so if it falls out, it still there.

Loose key Loc tight is a lot easier. One drop and your done. If your scared someone will drive off with your boat because the key is glued in the switch then what will they do with your boat when the key is tied by some string to the motor? Just wondering??
